Miss. Wong Vee Leng

Our Ms. Wong Vee Leng graduated with a degree in law LL.B (Hons) from the University of London and attained her Certificate in Legal Practice from the Legal Profession Qualifying Board, Malaysia in the year 1995. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 1996 wherein she commenced practice as an associate accumulating legal practice experience in conveyancing and real estate matters.

Ms. Wong joined M/s KF Wong & Lee at the Old Klang Road Branch on the 3/11/2014. She has been in active legal practice continuously in Malaysia for not less than Eighteen (18) years since 1996.
In the specific area of conveyancing, Ms. Wong has handled various types of sale and purchase agreement under the Malaysian National Land Code, Strata Titles Act, Malay Reservation Enactment and such other provisions in force including acting for and managing of corporate and commercial conveyances as well as transfer of property and lease agreements or tenancy agreements. She is also involved in the Banking and Finance matters as to the preparation of housing loan documentation corporate/commercial loan and facilities.

Cumulatively her work also entailed areas of corporate banking for banking and financial institutions wherein she is proficient in advising our clientele on bridging loans, trade facilities and commercial contracts for business related transactions, creation of debentures and charges or assignments over land and incorporated companies. Ms. Wong is well versed with the legalities as well as the commercial practicalities involved in these areas to accommodate the legal requirements of our corporate and individual clients.

Other matters include the preparation of will and trust deed for our individual clients and corporate banking clientele comprising banking and financial institutions operating in Malaysia.
With her academic and professional achievements, comprehensive and diligent legal practice together with personal concern, our Ms. Wong has earned her good reputation in her professional practice.
