Miss. Keh Fang Xin

Our Ms Keh finished her secondary school at SMK Convent, Taiping. In pursuant to her dream, she continues her tertiary education to obtain her Bachelor of Law (Hongs) in 2013, at Multimedia University (Malacca Campus).

After graduated from her studies, she read and completed her pupillage at Messrs K. F. Ee & Co. and chambered under the guidance of her master Mr. James Ee Kah Fuk. She was called to the Malaysia bar as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 23 May 2013.

Our Ms Keh joined our firm as a legal assistant at our branch office in Kuala Lumpur on 1 August 2014. Her job scope has been focused on conveyancing matter. Therefore, her job scope includes handling developer project, sub-sale cases and handling loan documents.

She shows her interest in Law of Contract, Land Law, Strata Titles Act and Housing Development Act. Thus, she actively involved in drafting and vetting of most of the sale and purchase agreement for acquisition or disposal of property. Besides that, she is also familiar with matter dealing with banking facilities. This included legal charge or preparation of assignment for properly loan transactions.

With all these exposure and experience of our Ms Keh, we believe that she would able to comfortably and diligently provide her specialised services and advice to clients.
