Mr. Tung Kai Mun, Kinson

Our Mr. Kinson Tung received his pre-tertiary education in SRJK (C) Pei Hua (Seremban), SMK St. Paul (Seremban) and SMK Seri Ampangan (Seremban). Thereafter, he proceeded to do his Bachelor in Laws course at the Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) and graduated with good results in year 2013.

He commenced his chambering in Seremban and nine months later he was called to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. He then worked as a Legal Assistant at M/s Gunatretnam & Co, Seremban and on the 1/7/2014, he joined M/s KF Wong & Lee as a Legal Assistant.

Mr. Kinson Tung has great interest in the field of litigation and alternative dispute resolution. He handles a lot of cases in general civil litigation involving individual clients as well as corporate entities both suing and defending them.

In the ambit of civil litigation and resolution, he has gained experience in the application for and resisting injunction, foreclosure proceedings, recovery of debts including hire-purchase and bankruptcy matters. He also has the requisite experience in civil procedural matter that entailed matters requiring enforcement of judgement, bankruptcy proceeding and winding-up matters.

Mr. Kinson has keen interest in the law of criminal justice. He is a man of principle and cannot see innocent accused being convicted wrongly. He is very much against the general view that justice is only for affordable people. Hence, he sacrifice time for himself and our Firm to do legal and matters with the noble purpose of helping the poor and under-privileged clients.

With all these good attitude and caring towards the society at large, Mr. Kinson has earned his good name and reputation. Basing on the cases that he had handled and the vast exposure and experience that he had attained, he therefore can comfortably and diligently provide a good general litigation services to clients both individuals and institutionals.
