Mr. Mohan Narayan

Due to overwhelming demand and request from our Institutional clientele, we at Messrs. KF Wong & Lee embarked on setting up a Corporate Advisory Department in order to face and respond to changes in the corporate world and matters dealing with companies and corporation (including unlisted entities and foreign companies operating in the Malaysian jurisdiction).

Our Mr. Mohan Narayan is an experienced corporate law specialist and he has joined our practice taking charge of our Corporate Advisory Department at the Kuala Lumpur Branch.

Mr. Mohan Narayan read law in the University of East London and graduated in 1993 with an LL.B (Honours) degree. Corporate Law and company matters have always been Mr. Mohan’s interest and since returning to Malaysia in 1994 deciding to venture into the corporate world and has a Nineteen (19) years of corporate law practice and has been engaged by advisory houses within and beyond Malaysia.

Mr. Mohan’s is corporate experiences covers a wide range of matters including but not limited to the following:-
