Profile of Lawyers

Mr. KF Wong has been in active legal practice continuously in Malaysia for not less than Twenty (20) years since 1994. He has exclusively concentrated on the area and practice of Banking Law vis a vis Land Law and Company Law. Presently, Mr. KF Wong is the Managing Partner in charge of the Main Office of the Firm.

Mr. Alex SS Lee has been in active legal practice continuously in Malaysia for not less than Seventeen (17) years since 1997. Land Law has always been Mr. Alex SS Lee’s interest. Presently he is the Managing Partner in charge of the Seremban Jaya Branch office and Kuala Lumpur Branch.

Mr. Azmi has been in active legal practice continuously in Malaysia for not less than Fifteen (15) years since 1999. he has experience in application for and resisting injunction, foreclosure proceedings, recovery of debts including hire-purchase, leasing, credit card and bankruptcy matters and other banking related litigation.

Mr. Choo has been in active legal practice continuously in Malaysia for not less than Twenty (20) years. Mr. Choo is presently the Managing Senior Associate in charge of our branch office in Kuala Lumpur, and he also regularly assists by attending to numerous cases in our main office in Seremban.

Mr. Lim has been in active legal practice continuously in Malaysia for not less than Eleven (11) years. Mr. Lim is also knowledgeable and familiar with matters related to bank facilities’ security documentation, for instance, creation of debenture, legal charge or preparation of assignment for housing loan or commercial loan.

Miss Lim’s scope of responsibility has not only concerned conveyancing matters but also involved litigation matters and contentious issues. Miss Lim’s legal work and efforts are also contributed to the banking litigation matters as our Firm is acting as part of the Panel of Solicitors for most Banking and Financial Institutions in Malaysia

Ms Keh joined our firm as a legal assistant at our branch office in Kuala Lumpur on 1 August 2014. Her job scope has been focused on conveyancing matter. Therefore, her job scope includes handling developer project, sub-sale cases and handling loan documents.

Miss Tee was invited to join our firm as a Legal Assistant where her scope of responsibility has been focused on civil litigation and family matters. Miss Tee has handled a wide variety of family law matters including divorce, custody, child support, paternity, adoption, and matrimonial property division cases.

Miss Wong has been in active legal practice continuously in Malaysia for not less than Eighteen (18) years since 1996. In the specific area of conveyancing, Ms. Wong has handled various types of sale and purchase agreement under the Malaysian National Land Code, Strata Titles Act, Malay Reservation Enactment.

Ms Tung joined our firm as a legal assistant on the 1 July 2014. Mr. Kinson Tung has great interest in the field of litigation and alternative dispute resolution. He handles a lot of cases in general civil litigation involving individual clients as well as corporate entities both suing and defending them.
